Bourgeois Breakfast moment

Rolling off the shuttle this morning I definitely had a spoilt Googler moment where I found a food truck parked at our shuttle stop.

"Biscuit with hot gravy and sausage?"
Apparently this food truck makes its way around campus, running 'stealth attacks' in mystery locations where they'll just pop up with hot specials.  You know, because five other cafes serving breakfast just isn't enough.

Anyway, I passed on the biscuit* only because of the (even more) ridiculous reason that I've become addicted to manchego on walnut bread in the mornings:

Papaya = love
Not really sure how I got to this point in my life.  If you'd asked me six months ago I would've told you both of those items belong with soccer mums who shop only at Thomas Dux.  My favourite fancy deli foods have become breakfast de rigueur.

* When Americans say 'biscuit' they mean those fatty, buttery, flaky things they even serve at KFC.

I keep wishing this food truck trend would catch on here! It sounds really exciting :)
