Bob Parsons, CEO GoDaddy via Startup Quote.  A quick trolling of his blog reveals that he came up with this principle from John D. Rockefeller, who had an acute awareness of how much each of his barrels of oil cost which gave him the competitive advantage setting up Standard Oil (for the record I don't know what that is, but pretty sure running oil companies doesn't come cheap or easy).

Here's to a measured week.  To build our enthusiasm on this chilly Monday, lets all fantasise about having this for lunch (it had me at 'buttered crouton').
